Welcome to Westfund website. If you are a member or a provider and wish to access the additional information available in the Member's or Provider's section, we ask that you provide us with your name and membership number or name and provider number. A password may also be required.

Westfund will maintain a database of subscribers and Members and Providers which will from time to time be used by Westfund for marketing purposes or for the provision of eligibility information to service providers and hospitals.

All information provided by you will be treated as confidential. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your approval unless Westfund reasonably believes that:

• such action is necessary to provide eligibility information for service providers or hospitals
• such action is necessary to protect the rights or property of Westfund; or
